     <p>I purchased my ACR used also, and I somehow didn't get the glowing key
     or the key code.  Probably the easiest way to get the key code is to
     call the Chrysler Customer Center (800-992-1997) and ask for it.  As
     long as your name is listed as the car's owner, they will give you the
     key code.</p>

     <p>Your dealer would have to call the Chrysler zone office to get the
     code -- it's not available to just anybody.  I don't even have access
     to key codes in Chrysler's computer system!  I once did, but when I
     went to work in Training, they apparently decided that I had no need
     for access.  So, I guess that I will have to call somebody to get my
     key code, also!</p>

     <p>If you call the Customer Center, try to call at around 8am eastern
     time in order to avoid a long wait on hold.</p>
