<ol>
<li>Remove side view mirror cover, it will just pry off. There are 3
clips that are holding it on.</li>

<li>With the inner cover off you should see 3 screws, unscrew them.</li>

<li>Replace outer molding/mirror with new Mirror. Replace the 3 screws.</li>

<li>Ok here is where it WILL be a little diffrent. If you have a
non-remote mirror then you just install the inner  cover on again.
If you have the manual remote mirror you'll need to install the manual
switch into the cover (you need the trim cover that has the hole for the
manual remote adjustor) tighten with a a torx bit (sorry I dont see the
# of Torx that they are using.. i think it might be #5...). When the
adjustor knob is fasten in take the inner cover and place it into place,
making sure that the 3 clips line up correctly. Press into place. Test
manual adjustor.  For Power adjust, do like you would with the first
mirror, but make sure that you re-connect the connector.</li>
</ol>

<p>This should all take less than 10 minutes (unless you loose the torx bit
down the door like I did :) )</p>

Parts cost: Manual remote mirror ->       $70<br>
            Manual remote inside cover -> $10<br>

<p>This is very simple! Wont take much time at all and is a GREAT addition
to a single mirrored Neon :)</p>
