<p>Some stock 1st gen ACR's came with a blank panel in the dash instead of a radio and a plug on the fender instead of the antenna unless the buyer ordered a radio, radios weren't always standard. Some people who race their Neons and remove their radios for weight reduction would rather have the radio delete panel than an empty hole in the dash. </p>
