A strut tower brace on the front or rear of a neon won't make a measurable difference. Much more camber compliance comes from the upper strut mount bushing than tower deflection. Once you put in a spherical rod end upper strut mount, stiffer strut tubes, and a stronger bearing, then a strut brace may help. If you are running stock suspension components, there is way too much rubber and lack of stiffness in them compared to the front body structure.

PLEASE! Think about how things work and what you are changing before buying aftermarket components. Most people waste tons of money because the people selling this crap either don't know what they are talking about or lie.
